Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to customers across the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and other selected countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

European Union & Ireland
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United Kingdom
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Please note that orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States & Canada
Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Rest of World
Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days
Availability and costs are calculated at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The Pet Base is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs authorities. These charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

The Pet Base is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. For damaged items, please contact us at hello@thepetbase.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. The Pet Base is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@thepetbase.store and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
