Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 2–14 business days, depending on the item and your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?
Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Prices show in your local currency — euro across Ireland and the EU, US dollars in the United States.

How much is shipping?
Ireland €6 standard / €9 express; UK & EU €16; United States $4.99 standard / $9.99 expedited. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders, and your exact cost is shown at checkout.

The products

Are these safe for my pet?
Yes. Our grooming and travel products are silicone-, food-grade- or fabric-based — no electronics, no batteries, no chemicals.

Do they work for cats and dogs?
The Reusable Pet Hair Roller and Deshedding Pet Glove work for any pet and need no cooperation from them. The Portable 2-in-1 Water & Food Bowl and the Travel Water Bottle are made for dogs out on walks and trips, and suit any pet that needs a drink on the go.

How do I clean them?
Everything we sell is wipe- or rinse-clean. The Hair Roller has a built-in drawer that pops open straight over the bin.

Orders & returns

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are put right at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay return shipping — email us first and we'll send instructions. Full details are on our Refunds & Returns page.

Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible after ordering. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it for a full refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no need to send anything back.

Payment & support

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant checkout, encrypted in transit. We never see or store your full card details.

How do I reach you?
